New EAGA Pillar

Sec. Luwalhati Antonino, chair of the Mindanao Development Authority and Philippine signing minister for BIMP-EAGA shares a light moment with Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei Darussalam during a gala dinner at the the Royal Berkshire Hall of the Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club in Bandar Seri Begawan during the recently concluded 18th BIMP-EAGA Ministerial Meeting.  The BIMP-EAGA Ministers recently adopted socio-cultural and education as the fifth pillar of the economic-sub-region.
